We realise it can sometimes be a hard decision on who to trust to send out your Sydney flower order.
So, in the interests of transparency, these are all the reviews we get from customers, UNFILTERED.
That's right, all of them! from customers who have given us permission to use them. We don't cherry pick the good from the bad.
We love getting good reviews, it gives us the warm fuzzys, and we really appreciate that customers take the time to let us know what a great experience they had. But we're also ok with the bad ones (fortunately they're quite rare), as it allows us to try and put things right and fix any underlying issues. Constant improvements in our service, quality and deliveries is what we aim for.

Brilliant service – fast, efficient, proof of delivery, but the flowers were disappointing for the price we thought. I would definitely recommend you though.

On delivery my mum was home but the delivery driver didn't ring the door bell. So mum didn't know her flowers were out the front. I called her and had to tell her to look out the front.

Jess personally reached out to me via email and when I explained that the recipient would be at a funeral and unable to be called she made arrangements for the flowers to left somewhere safe. I appreciates her help.

I made a mistake with the delivery address of the previous order and the customer service team were very helpful and prompt in dealing with the issue

The flowers were lovely. My sister enjoyed. Only one thing the delivery person did not ring the bell. I was told and fortunately my sister had a visitor and saw the flowers.

The teddy bear and box of chocolates were soaking wet on arrival. Perhaps a different form of transportation should be considered to prevent leaking.

I enjoyed the tracking capabilities and the notifications of when it was estimated to be delivered, and after it was delivered. Great communication and very professional.

Very impressed with ease of ordering online, variety of arrangements and extras, up-to-date tracking and prompt delivery. I almost forgot to order flowers for a friend's birthday on Monday so I scambled to find a florist online to place an order and was absolutely shocked over the prices. Some couldn't guarantee an early delivery but the small fee for guaranteed delivery before 12pm was well worth it. I got a notification that the flowers were delivered just after 9am and my friend confirmed this too. I was blown away at the speed of delivery. I will definitely use flowers across Sydney again.

Maybe the courier could ring\knock when leaving flowers.They weren’t found til next morning-still looking lovely apparently.
