We realise it can sometimes be a hard decision on who to trust to send out your Sydney flower order.
So, in the interests of transparency, these are all the reviews we get from customers, UNFILTERED.
That's right, all of them! from customers who have given us permission to use them. We don't cherry pick the good from the bad.
We love getting good reviews, it gives us the warm fuzzys, and we really appreciate that customers take the time to let us know what a great experience they had. But we're also ok with the bad ones (fortunately they're quite rare), as it allows us to try and put things right and fix any underlying issues. Constant improvements in our service, quality and deliveries is what we aim for.

I had an issue whereby the delivery person just left the arrangement in my sister’s porch without ringing the bell. Luckily they were in and saw them being delivered but it was a very hot day and had they not been in the arrangement could have been in a sorry state. I emailed Flowers across Sydney to let them know and I had a very speedy response with an apology - they said this shouldn’t have occurred and they would look into it. I was very happy with the response and although there was a hiccup with the delivery it arrived on time and the arrangement was lovely so I wouldn’t hesitate to use the company again in the future.

We ordered from New Zealand and we got notifications about the delivery via email which was amazing we loved it, we also got a photo of the final product and it was sooooo beautiful!! The flower bouquet was a little smaller than I had expected however were lovely.

The ordering and tracking process was very easy, I appreciated being able to closely track the order. My only disappointment was that the delivery person just left the flowers without knocking or ringing the bell, had I not been keeping a close eye the flowers may have been sitting outside in the heat for a while before someone realised, or they were stolen.

Website said it included 5 viburniums but came without them. Emailed about this and got zero response.

The overall experience of the ordering process was good, however I felt the quality of flowers on arrival was extremely poor. I purchased as a gift, the flowers arrived and looked like they were days old, wilted and discoloured.. disappointing display.

I live in Poland. I've been using Flowers Across Sydney for years to deliver flowers to my daughter in Sydney.

When a flower is on standard delivery, it would be good to give the client an idea of the delivery window. Instead of the driver arriving at the address then calling the recipient to receive the item. Makes it more efficient. I had to pay twice for the delivery , That could have been avoided
