We realise it can sometimes be a hard decision on who to trust to send out your Sydney flower order.
So, in the interests of transparency, these are all the reviews we get from customers, UNFILTERED.
That's right, all of them! from customers who have given us permission to use them. We don't cherry pick the good from the bad.
We love getting good reviews, it gives us the warm fuzzys, and we really appreciate that customers take the time to let us know what a great experience they had. But we're also ok with the bad ones (fortunately they're quite rare), as it allows us to try and put things right and fix any underlying issues. Constant improvements in our service, quality and deliveries is what we aim for.

I was disappointed that the delivery guy had left the flowers at the doorstep and didn’t even ring the bell or knock at the door. I specifically asked in my comment that they delivered in person to someone at the address. Also would have been ni w if the flowers were a little more open on delivery as I wonder sometimes they will fully open when closed buds as in the fresias.

Have more 'living plants' In your choices ... as I wanted peace lillies but was told they were of poor quality that day and given kalanchoe (succulents) as an alternative. Far from similar.

Hi Team The order experience is great and flowers arrived on time. But the quality of the flowers are bad, the photo attached appears okay but in the reality the flowers were completely different. The petals were wilted, the colors were dull, very disappointing and unacceptable.

It was very easy to order flowers in Sydney from here in Ireland. I only have one problem, I gave them my daughter's mobile number so they could text her if she wasn't at home and nobody contacted her so her flowers were still were delivery person left them until.i told her the next day.

I ordered flowers at Flowers Across Sydney from here in Ireland on their website. It was very easy to do this. I ordered and paid on the website and the flowers(beautiful by the way)were delivered that day. Could easily track the delivery details through the email..Great communication from Natalie and her team too. Highly recommend A++++

Hi there, I requested pastel colours but as you can see the flowers sent were all white. They were ordered to brighten up a friend who’s just had surgery. If they hadn’t been available I would have preferred you didn’t substitute without my consent. How will you correct this for me?

I am very impressed with the large variety and options of items to choose from! Realise the order is a replica of what is displayed on the website (depending on flower availability) but maybe include a photo of the completed order or a photo of when it has reached the delivery point. Thanks!

Everything was fine, but the Lillies that arrived still haven't bloomed and its the third day. So the recipient just has green stems as of now.

Sending flowers from the uk is usually costly and cumbersome but you guys made it so simple and your website is really user friendly, especially for a technophobe like me!!
