So, in the interests of transparency, these are all the reviews we get from customers, UNFILTERED.
That's right, all of them! from customers who have given us permission to use them. We don't cherry pick the good from the bad.
We love getting good reviews, it gives us the warm fuzzys, and we really appreciate that customers take the time to let us know what a great experience they had. But we're also ok with the bad ones (fortunately they're quite rare), as it allows us to try and put things right and fix any underlying issues. Constant improvements in our service, quality and deliveries is what we aim for.

Very easy website to navigate, prompt delivery and the person that received the delivery sent a photo and it was exactly what I had ordered for them. Great experience all round.

I placed my order online and left all the instructions needed for delivery. They arrived early giving me more time to get the venue ready and I didn't need to speak to anyone! They flowers were gorgeous.

The flowers were great and good value and my partner was very happy to receive them. However, when I specifically requested that they knock and call if there was no answer it was disappointing that the flowers were left out the front, in the sun on a 40 degree day

Thank you for such beautiful flowers (Moondrop). The roses were fresh and the arrangement had a gorgeous scent. I bought them for my Parkinson’s Disease student physiotherapist who has been helping me with my rehab and is just about to graduate. She absolutely loved them!
