We realise it can sometimes be a hard decision on who to trust to send out your Sydney flower order.
So, in the interests of transparency, these are all the reviews we get from customers, UNFILTERED.
That's right, all of them! from customers who have given us permission to use them. We don't cherry pick the good from the bad.
We love getting good reviews, it gives us the warm fuzzys, and we really appreciate that customers take the time to let us know what a great experience they had. But we're also ok with the bad ones (fortunately they're quite rare), as it allows us to try and put things right and fix any underlying issues. Constant improvements in our service, quality and deliveries is what we aim for.

I did order the flowers the day before hoping it would be delivered a lot earlier than 5.30pm

I had a lovely experience with the customer service over the phone. I called 3 times, and spoke to different ladies. All 3 times they were extremely helpful. I had trouble with my card being accepted online. I called and the lady helped me and it was all done very quickly. I also asked to be sent a photo of the bouquet and made a special request for the colour to be changed to pink plus add an outer wrap which compliments the flowers. They said that's not an issue. Later on I had a chance if mind abd wanted the original flowers that were in the photo. While they had already prepared the bouquet. They made the florist change it with no issues whatsoever. I was really impressed by that, abd I really appreciate that they went above and beyond to make sure that I felt satisfied and happy. I will definitely be using them again, the value for money was definitely there too. I just wish that the flowers aren't this expensive so we could of ten send flowers to our loved ones.

I live in Perth and I ordered a bouquet of flowers for people in Sydney. If the bouquet looks as good as the photo online I would give a 10 for every question above, but I can't really comment on that part. I did get a respond from the people via a mutual friend, that they were very surprised and that the flowers looked beautiful. The flowershop team and the delivery person have done a great job. This service is wonderful and I am sure to be using it again. Thank you, Ellen.

First time I have ordered flowers from Flowers Across Sydney, and they were delivered within 24hrs. I found out friday night that my best friends step son (22) passed away tragically in an accident. I ordered these flowers for his sister (23). She got them the next day and she was hysterically crying as they were so beautiful and the only flowers she received. We tend to forget about siblings when people lose a loved one and flowers are sent to the parents and partners. So the fact these were sent so quickly, and were as beautiful as in the picture, is so appreciated. I will order from you every time now. Thank you.

I have received a thank you card from the family referring to a “beautiful arrangement”. This made me very happy but the photo you emailed disappointed me as it showed that a basic arrangement was sent!

Easy to order.. affordable price...tracking let's you know when the flowers are out for delivery and when delivered. I ordered in the late morning and flowers were delivered mid afternoon. Will definitely use again

Having chose Flowers Across Sydney, based on their reviews I was not disappointed. Living in England I wanted to send birthday flowers and a gift to my daughter. The online system was easy to use, there was a fabulous selection of flower options to choose from at very reasonable prices. I also added a candle to my selection. I was kept upto date by email regarding delivery. The flowers arrived in beautiful condition and the gift in lovely packaging. My daughter was thrilled and said the flowers smelt lovely. So a big thank you, and I would definitely recommend Flowrs Across Sydney.

They delivered with a happy anniversary balloon. Was meant to be happy birthday When I looked at order - they had delivered what I had apparently ordered. Don’t know how I ordered that. I’m sure the wording on the card said happy birthday. Someone rang to ask if I was happy to change the candle as they didn’t have the one ordered in stock. Maybe they could have asked about the balloon. I understand the fault is originally mine.
