So, in the interests of transparency, these are all the reviews we get from customers, UNFILTERED.
That's right, all of them! from customers who have given us permission to use them. We don't cherry pick the good from the bad.
We love getting good reviews, it gives us the warm fuzzys, and we really appreciate that customers take the time to let us know what a great experience they had. But we're also ok with the bad ones (fortunately they're quite rare), as it allows us to try and put things right and fix any underlying issues. Constant improvements in our service, quality and deliveries is what we aim for.

They went above and beyond to ensure my order was delivered. I was contacted because they realised it was a delivery to a block of flats (this was 2 days prior to the delivery date) they asked for the recipients info so they could reach out to her if no one answered on delivery day. How thoughtful!!! My friend was delighted either way her birthday bouquet too. Thank you so much!!!

I asked for the delivery driver to specifically drop the flowers off to her door because they would get stolen in the foyer and he left them in the foyer, they were also discoloured and looked quite sad if I’m honest

I ordered the florists choice arrangement but I’ve never seen a photo of it. I don’t know how it looked when it arrived. My friends were very happy with the delivery and the flowers but I wish I got to see them too

I’ve been ordering flowers for my girlfriend who lives in Freshwater every Friday for 3 weeks now and I will be continuing to do some from this flower shop until I get there to visit in person. The flowers are so reasonably priced and beautiful as ever. I’m across the world and Canada and you guys manage to find her apartment no complications and without needing to contact myself or her (which is nice, keeps it a surprise). Best flower shop I’ve stumbled upon.
