So, in the interests of transparency, these are all the reviews we get from customers, UNFILTERED.
That's right, all of them! from customers who have given us permission to use them. We don't cherry pick the good from the bad.
We love getting good reviews, it gives us the warm fuzzys, and we really appreciate that customers take the time to let us know what a great experience they had. But we're also ok with the bad ones (fortunately they're quite rare), as it allows us to try and put things right and fix any underlying issues. Constant improvements in our service, quality and deliveries is what we aim for.

Hi Team, I live in the Northern Territory and I work remote. I send 6-8 flower gifts a year to Sydney. I have been using another florist for the last 7 years and they no longer deliver on Sundays. The flowers and vase you delivered to my aunty exceeded my expectations on both price and beauty, they were simply stunning and she loved them! Thank you so much from your newest frequent flyer, I look forward to placing my next order.

The experience of ordering and having the flowers delivered was easy however the roses seemed old and didn’t last very long. I have attached photos to show. My partner changed the water multiple times and it was smelly and turned murky overnight. The water should be like that and roses shouldn’t go bad that quickly

Ordered Valentine’s flowers from Bali for someone in Sydney, and the service was amazing! Smooth process, on-time delivery, and beautiful flowers. Highly recommend!

I'm not sure of the value as I haven't seen the flowers. If they are the same as the picture then I'm sure it is great value, the recipient said they were beautiful. Plus I really liked that I could have them delivered on Sunday.

Didn’t get what I ordered, they did contact and warn me the morning of but still disappointed and $100 for 6 roses and a small amount of greenery!!! Definitely not value for money

By the time the flowers arrived, they were dead. Also, there were more leaves than flowers themselves.

The rose arrived looking battered and bruised. This is disappointing because when I paid 55 dollars for a single rose, I expected it to arrive in pristine condition.

I really appreciate you guys having a section dedicated to pet safe flowers. My girlfriend has a cat and knowing that certain flowers can be extremely toxic to cats, it is usually hard to find sellers that have pet safe bouquets or are willing to make changes to make them pet safe.

I know it was Valentines Day, but the flowers were delivered 2.5 hours after the estimated time (delivered at 7:30pm..). Its been 3 days and the roses are already showing signs that they are dying. The long stem roses were barely longer than normal roses. The price for these 12 roses was $40 cheaper than other sites, I guess I got what I paid for..

ETA went from 2:45 to 5:15 and the runner wanted to cancel my order. It was supposed to be surprised but due to the delay, I had to tell the recipient to wait and not go home and drive to her place to be ready to receive the flowers and contact the runner instead. The runner was stuck between Parramatta and Westmead for over 40mins And because the phone line closed after 5pm I was stressed that the gift would not arrive.

Great service for a Valentine’s Day on a busy day. I liked the delivery tracking feature. But I’m surprised that you drove the delivery from near the airport to Smithfield. Anyway, it got there just in time thank you so much.

I ordered a dozen roses and there were only 10 in the bunch! It was minimal other foliage in the much so didn’t make it appealing. Disappointed as I expected a great bunch of flowers for my wife.

Ye were so efficient. I was impressed especially as it was in the run up to Valentines Day. The bouquet was lovely Just right for a birthday occasion. The recipient was thrilled. I ordered these from Ireland so I was just a little dubious! I needn’t have worried. Thank you

Great customer service, proactive in making sure my delivery went well - sent an email to confirm contact detail and delivery instructions. Delivery person called to make sure he parked in the right spot.

Great service from start to finish. Loved that Flowers from Sydney contacted me to double check the delivery address which was a block of apartments. They were concerned they might not be able to deliver the flowers and asked to agree on a suitable delivery time. Flowers delivered on time and were stunning. Highly recommend Flowers from Sydney.
