We realise it can sometimes be a hard decision on who to trust to send out your Sydney flower order.
So, in the interests of transparency, these are all the reviews we get from customers, UNFILTERED.
That's right, all of them! from customers who have given us permission to use them. We don't cherry pick the good from the bad.
We love getting good reviews, it gives us the warm fuzzys, and we really appreciate that customers take the time to let us know what a great experience they had. But we're also ok with the bad ones (fortunately they're quite rare), as it allows us to try and put things right and fix any underlying issues. Constant improvements in our service, quality and deliveries is what we aim for.

I purposely chose an arrangement that was depicted in a box. The reason for this is that the flowers were for a full time working mother with 4 small children. She also helps her husband with his business admin. I therefore wanted my flowers to not add to what she had to do. The flowers she received needed to be put into another vessel. I wished this wasn’t the case.

Really great experience overall! The team were kind enough to email me to check some additional delivery details to ensure a smooth process. My friend was made up with the flowers and the picture she sent me of the flowers looked beautiful - they were packaged perfectly. I wouldn’t hesitate to order again!

My sister was extremely pleased with her gift and said she would recommend you to her friends. She really appreciated the phone call to check that she would be home (not knowing alcohol was included), but it did mean she was able to get her gift prior to travelling away for an overnight stay.

Everything was satisfactory until delivery. My instructions were to leave on the table outside if no reply. No attempt was made to deliver to occupant who was at home at the time of delivery (17:32hrs) and flowers were only discovered on the outside table the following morning which is very disappointing. My daughter lives in a small apartment with a dog who would have barked to a knock on the door, therefore there definitely was no attempt to contact her at the time if delivery.

Flowers were delivered on time.... I was told by 2 different sources how beautiful they were......so I was happy.....

Some of the flowers were diseased and sadly the bunch was much smaller than the image lead me to believe. I also paid extra for an earlier delivery. Although they turned up before the cut off time for an "early" delivery, it was only just before. Kind of made paying extra a waste of money considering. They were also just left, no knock at the door, no interaction of arrival. Had I not been in the next room on the phone I would not have known they turned up. Finally, having some experience with flowers, I was disappointed at how quickly these ones died. It would have been nice if they could of at least lasted a week.

I live in England and you were recommended to me by my son (also in England) as he has used you a number of times over the last couple of years to send flowers to his girlfriend who lives in Sydney. I was impressed with the choice of flowers on your website and the value for money. The flowers I sent were lovely. Well packaged.Delivery was on time. Recipient was very pleased to receive them and sent me a photo. I will be using you again.

Great price. Loved I could pick a smaller flower arrangement, it looks really beautiful and special. Very well presented, and flowers were stunning! Flower arrangement looked exactly like it did on the picture.

It was a very nice service, great pricing with high quality. I would like to recommend two things, in Chocolate arrangements list adding more choices including wine would be good for combo box. Second, with this professional operation, prices, quality and customer engagement it will be great if you open a local branch in more states, coz this is very cool brand. Thanks
