So, in the interests of transparency, these are all the reviews we get from customers, UNFILTERED.
That's right, all of them! from customers who have given us permission to use them. We don't cherry pick the good from the bad.
We love getting good reviews, it gives us the warm fuzzys, and we really appreciate that customers take the time to let us know what a great experience they had. But we're also ok with the bad ones (fortunately they're quite rare), as it allows us to try and put things right and fix any underlying issues. Constant improvements in our service, quality and deliveries is what we aim for.

Flowers Across Sydney are awesome. I ordered flowers online and asked for the delivery before 2pm option. I later had to change replying in an email. Without having to ask, the difference in price was refunded and, in my account, before I noticed. The flowers arrived as per the online image, and the recipient was very happy. I can't thank them enough for their professionalism.

We live in Northern Ireland and our daughter is in Sydney. Flowers Across Sydney made sending our beautiful girl a lovely gift to celebrate her birthday. She loved it. The delivery was excellent!

The flowers on delivery were not fresh, the edges of the flowers were brown. When I emailed the customer service they said that is how the flowers are supposed to look. Completely blew off my concerns, even sent them the pic. Expensive for the quality you get, would not use them ever again

They were never received. I guess delivery person left at door in middle of day and stolen. Ordering process was fine but disappointed to lose money and have no flowers arrive.

I appreciate they reach out to get a contact number from the recipient when see the residence was an apartment block

I had trouble in ordering on line as (1) for a funeral it was not clear who is recipient : the Church name or deceased name (2) size of the cross of flowers was not not mentioned , its measurement would have been helpful (3) "The Pay now " button did not seem to work and I pressed it three times . I was concerned I would have been s charged three times . I eventually used chat and I was told no order or payment received. The lady on the "chat" was extremely helpful and patient as I am over 80 y old and not very good in new technology.

Was disappointed to see these flowers , my sister-in-law sent me the photo after receiving the flowers, the arrangement looks nothing like the picture , flowers don’t look fresh , and are badly arranged , they look like like they have just been thrown in the box, the green orchids havnt even been arranged nicely, looks like an add on to the side , I’m surprised the green orchids were used as I received an email asking if they can be replaced with white ones as the green ones hadn’t kept their freshness and your goal is to ensure your flowers arrive looking beautiful and full of life , there is nothing fresh about this arrangement, as I said the green orchids were bunched to the side and not beautifuly arranged throughout the arrangement I responded to your email giving permission for white orchids to be used , Very dissatisfied with this order , the flower looked so nice in picture , pity even the hession looks like it was was just pushed into the box

I was very satisfied with the flowers, and with the service I received to rectify the delivery date. I understood from the website that the delivery would be Sunday morning, but the confirmation email showed Monday morning. Your telephone agent was able to get the flowers delivered on Sunday afternoon (which I appreciated, as did the recipient). The refund of the express fee was a complete bonus. Thank you for your good service, but you may want to make the website clearer.

I was looking at a few other florists and found Flowers Across Sydney to have the nicest variety of flowers for the budget. I also needed a boxed arrangement and the options provided were more pleasant than others I had looked at. Flowers Across Sydney will be my first option if I need to purchase flowers again.

Congrats on top service and delivery advice However, pls pls pls don't send the notification 2 me of successful delivery stating the flowers were delivered 2 me the sender. Vthis has nearly caused .me a heart attack thinking my order was going 2b at my own front door when I got hm!!!..Otherwise, ur brilliant 💖💖🙏

Very reasonably priced and fairly easy to navigate the website, the only thing that would’ve improved my experience would be to have Apple Pay as an option rather than having to put in your card details but otherwise very happy and would use again
