I ordered them on a Tuesday morning and noticed that the ETA of delivery was going to be after my friend finished work. I started chatting to one of the customer service consultants Jess and she was kind enough to arrange a fresh bunch for the next day delivery to save an extra delivery fee the next day. I was very pleased with the service with Flowers Across Sydney and will be using them again in future if I need.
